How to Survive Winter: Pineapple Cocktails

Summer is gone. Winter is coming. What to do right now?




These simple pineapple cocktails will remind you of warmer days.

And I know pineapple isn't in season, the recipes below use frozen or juiced fruit. 

1. Pineapple Moscow Mule




  • 4 oz giner beer
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • juice from one lime 

Combine all ingredients in copper mug, add ice and enjoy. 

2. Big Pineapple Mojito




  • 4 tsp simple syrup
  • 1 lime cut into 8 wedges 
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • splash club soda
  • ice 

Add together limes, mint, and simple syrup. Muddle for about 30 seconds. Fill glass with ice. Add rum and pineapple juice. Top off with club soda. Mix together and enjoy. 

3. Pineapple Margarita




  • 16 oz frozen pineapple
  • 4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz tequila 
  • 2 tablespoons triple sec
  • ice
  • mint leaves 

Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and frothy.
